As a consulting safety professional, Don has been involved in providing high quality service to a multitude of clients whose H&S needs run from simple procedure creation to complex machine guarding solutions. As an Associate/Senior Project Manager, Don helps to run the Manufacturing Solutions division of Fuss & O’Neill. The breadth of Don’s experience in the H&S consulting field has resulted in a high degree of proficiency with the interpretation of federal regulations, as well as consensus standards such as ANSI and NFPA. As a Senior Manager, his responsibilities include scheduling and supervision of technical personnel, budget evaluation, project tracking, and interaction with clients and regulatory agencies. He continues to perform a great deal of on site assessment, consulting, and training.

Throughout his career, Don has been directly responsible for evaluating and improving occupational health and safety programs, worksite conditions, and actions of people to reduce risk of injury or illness. He has experience in insurance loss control, staff and management roles in industrial H&S departments, as well as running his own consulting business. He has a good grasp of real world, practical approaches to injury and risk reduction. His passion for the field can be seen in his training classes, as well as when he is working one-on-one with workers and management.
