The Lofts at Yale & Towne Apartments

Fuss & O’Neill provided environmental consulting services including asbestos and lead work in conjunction with renovation and demolition activities at 200 Henry Street – the former Yale & Towne Lock Factory.

Harbor Point Development began a multi-year renovation and Fuss & O’Neill provided National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) pre-demolition/renovation hazmat services including inspection, design, and construction administration for asbestos and lead paint.

Fuss & O’Neill was responsible for identifying all asbestos-containing building materials on the interior and exterior of the old manufacturing complex (with five different buildings) and developing a cost estimate for abatement. A written project design for asbestos and lead abatement activities and bidding documents was completed. We performed asbestos project monitoring and provided the client with a project completion report.
