Fuss & O’Neill provides hazardous building material consulting and ongoing indoor air quality services to Saint Francis Hospital.

We provide indoor air quality investigations, assessments, and testing to ensure the patient and employee safety. Additionally, we have performed hazardous building material inspection and testing for asbestos and lead-based paint for various renovation work done throughout the buildings.

Our team has prepared detailed reports that included diagrams of the building, as well as estimated quantities and locations of hazardous materials. We have developed technical specifications and designs for abatement and provided project monitoring services during abatement.
