Fuss & O’Neill provided engineering services for the Gaslight District/Elm Street infrastructure and pedestrian improvements for the revitalization of a portion of the downtown area. The Gaslight District is an important development opportunity and considered the gateway to Manchester.

Fuss & O’Neill provided engineering services for these federally funded downtown improvements, which included stakeholder outreach, design of roadway, sidewalk, street lighting, aesthetic improvements, and landscaping. We also incorporated ADA requirements into the historic area without adversely affecting any of the historic buildings and provided the necessary historic coordination for the project.

Our team administered the construction of this NHDOT-LPA Project, with full-time resident engineering services, sub-consultant management and coordination with City departments.
