Since 1996, Fuss & O’Neill has provided a variety of environmental, health, and safety services to Gardner Denver Nash, LLC’s (GDN) Allegheny County, PA facility. GDN operated a vacuum pump system repair and overhaul facility in Elizabeth, Allegheny County, PA until the facility was relocated in June 2012.

Our on-going compliance services include preparation of monthly air emissions tracking calculations; air pollution control system evaluations; completion of annual Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD) air emissions reporting; and completion of an ACHD air quality permit application.

We designed and oversaw underground storage tank and wastewater discharge system upgrades; prepared and implemented stormwater pollution control plans; and developed safety protocols for many industrial practices.

Our services allowed the Elizabeth GDN facility to operate in continuous compliance with county, state, and federal regulations, and received no regulatory citations or penalties.
