Fisher Boundary and Lot Division Survey

Fuss and O’Neill provided a boundary and lot division survey of a 1.2-acre parcel of land comprised of three tracts located in York Harbor, ME. The client requested that the three tracts be surveyed, consolidated, and subdivided to create two new parcels. One lot was for the existing home and improvements and the other vacant lot was to be sold.

The survey consisted of research including subject and adjoining parcels; streets; easements and rights; field boundary survey and existing improvements location; lot division calculations conforming to town regulations; and the resulting survey plat recorded at the York County Registry of Deeds. Coordination with the client, owners, and town officials was required to produce a final plat agreeable to all parties.
