Fuss & O’Neill was retained to review the equipment within the wastewater treatment plant and develop equipment specific energy control procedures, conduct employee training (authorized, affected, and other), and perform period inspections. Procedures were to be developed in conformance with regulatory criteria established following a standardized format approved by Vernon Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF).

Fuss & O’Neill performed focused equipment assessments based on direction of WPCF personnel and collected photographs and developed equipment-specific procedures. Procedures were validated by WPCF operators and maintenance personnel. Hands-on training was conducted for authorized employees. Periodic inspection support was provided annually.
