×The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (DEIC) provides awareness of and support for the advancement employees from historically disadvantaged groups at Fuss & O’Neill. It also serves to advance a culture that makes Fuss & O’Neill a best place to work.
Since its inception in 2018, the Committee has created a Working Caregiver Task Force that facilitated improvements to policy and benefits to support the work/life balance for those who care for children and elders. With our corporate commitment to equity, we continue to foster the advancement of employees from historically disadvantaged groups.
Fuss & O’Neill’s Bike and Ped Team is an interest group made up of transportation professionals who come together to share their passion for improving areas that connect and provide safe haven for pedestrians and recreational enthusiasts.
The members of this group include avid runners, cyclists, hikers, and those that are interested in using public spaces for recreational activities.
Many of the members often work with communities to develop innovative designs for these kinds of projects, because that is what they care about,
and these are the projects they are excited to use as well.
