Fuss & O’Neill Announces Five New Shareholders

Manchester, CT – Civil and environmental engineering firm is proud to announce five new shareholders and co-owners. Each new shareholder has been essential to the ongoing success of the firm. These new shareholders bring the total number of Fuss & O’Neill co-owners to 29.

Patrick Dowling, CPG is an Associate and Department Manager in the firm’s Providence, RI office. Pat has been with the firm for 23 years and specializes in renewal and development projects that usually include environmental challenges. Pat has accrued a wide range of technical and management experience through the investigation, remediation, and redevelopment of many sites. These sites have included multidisciplinary brownfield assessment and redevelopment projects, hazardous and solid waste facilities, hydrogeologic/water resource projects, and development of other sites that face engineering or financial challenges to reuse.  Pat is well versed in creative project funding mechanisms and focuses on identification of unique project strategies and delivery methods for our clients.

 

Linda Greer, PE, PTOE is an Associate with 24 years of experience. She leads the Community Development Team in the Manchester, NH office. She works collaboratively with municipalities and private developers to integrate her technical expertise to satisfy project requirements. The foundation of Linda’s career as a Roadway Engineer was built by combining traffic analysis with construction field experience. Linda’s specialty is her ability to develop comprehensive traffic control and maintenance plans on complex roadway, highway, and bridge projects.

 

Caleb Scheetz, LEP is an Associate and the Office Manager of the firm’s New Haven office. He has spent the entirety of his 18-year career with Fuss & O’Neill. He is a Hydrogeologist with a wealth of experience in the assessment and remediation of contaminated sites. Caleb also has experience with uncontaminated sites, including long-term mining impact assessments on surface water, groundwater, and wetlands at multiple quarries and locating municipal production wells and pumping capacity evaluations.

 

Patricia Shedd is an Associate and Highway Team Leader in the firm’s Manchester, NH office. She has been involved in a diverse range of traffic and transportation projects as well as survey and civil/site designs. Patricia has worked on all aspects of roadway design including horizontal geometry, vertical alignments, guardrail, superelevation, drainage, signing, pavement markings, EPSC plans, temporary traffic control plans, developing right-of-way plans, developing cost estimates and obtaining stormwater discharge permits.

 

Brian Kortz, CPG, LSP, CNU-A is an Associate and Office Manager of the firm’s Providence, RI office. He has managed a wide range of projects, including brownfields, urban redevelopments, industrial facilities, solid waste facilities, new developments, and residential properties. Brian brings a unique perspective to projects through his joint certifications as a Certified Professional Geologist and an Accredited Member of The Congress for the New Urbanism.  He specializes in working with clients to obtain grant funding to help finance their projects.
