by Kevin Grigg, PE, Chief Executive Officer
I was recently interviewed by Fox 61 for their segment WorkinCT. During their visit, Maggie Snape, Director of Human Resources, and I discussed the recent expansion of employee benefits at Fuss & O’Neill. These benefits, including the passing of paid family leave, the creation of transitional return to work program after family leave, and our health and welfare benefits offered to our part-time employees for the first time, provide all of our more than 350 employees the opportunity to improve their work/life balance.
Supporting our employees holistically is an imperative at Fuss & O’Neill. We understand that when employees’ lives outside of work are supported, employees can contribute at the highest levels, whether that’s part-time or full-time. Maggie and I are proud to have introduced these important benefits to our employees, but we didn’t make these changes alone. I am proud that so many of our employees developed, supported, and introduced these important benefits to our employees, including Maggie Snape and the members of both our Gender Equity and Leadership Committee and our Board of Directors.
