Dan is a Vice President and our Springfield Office Manager who has experience working on all facets of site planning and engineering.  His background includes design and management of large, multidisciplinary civil engineering and site planning projects.

Dan has experience with services ranging from site layout and grading to utility and stormwater analysis and design.  He is experienced in local, state, and federal regulatory and permitting processes including the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, MEPA, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permitting, and has designed and managed projects through all stages of regulatory review.
