Fuss & O’Neill Design Build worked with the owners of a historic office building located on Main Street to rebuild the structure after its collapse from snow loading in 2010. Following the collapse, our Design Build group responded immediately to provide make-safe access and demolition of the condemned building.

We then supported the owners with permitting and design of a new 20,000 square foot Class A office and retail building, managing the construction from start to finish. While the interior space and mechanical work feature cutting edge technology, the exterior architecture has been redesigned to enhance the neighboring historic buildings.

Completed in July 2012, the building is currently 100% rented, and has become a symbol of Middletown’s own renaissance.
