This is the privacy policy (” Privacy Policy”) for the www.fando.com, www.fando.com, www.envirosci.com and www.fussandoneill.com web sites (together, the “ Site”). The Site is made available by Fuss and O’Neill, Inc. (” Fuss & O’Neill” or “ we” or “ us”). This Privacy Policy sets forth our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of certain personally identifiable information (“ Personal Information”) relating to your use of the Site and your receipt and use of our services. Your use of the Site signifies your understanding and acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and part of, the Terms of Use at https://www.fando.com/privacy_policy, which Terms of Use govern your use of the Site in general.

This Privacy Policy covers the Personal Information you provide to us on or through the Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to Fuss & O’Neill’s service providers or other personnel. Such relationships are governed by separate agreements entered into between us and such providers.
