Fuss and O’Neill Design Build Services LLC is a stand-alone corporation that provides clients with a dedicated source for turnkey design-build services. Our staff consists of engineering and construction professionals who bring the experience and understanding necessary to deliver a turnkey project from planning and design through construction.
In addition to dedicated design-build staff, Fuss & O’Neill’s multi-disciplined professionals are available for the planning and permitting phases of any project. We have a pre-qualified network of subconsultants and subcontractors who round out our team.
We serve as our client’s representative throughout the entire process, maintaining our focus on cost, schedule and other project-specific priorities. Our measure of a successful project is assuring that our client‘s goals are fulfilled.
