Mr. Stephen Connelly has over 34 years of experience in environmental consulting and project management providing consulting services to utilities, industry and governmental agencies. Much of that consulting service has been directed to indoor air quality issues addressing Clean Air Act requirements. Over the past 18 years he has focused attention on asbestos management and indoor air quality services. Mr. Connelly's project experience includes large-scale projects for the U.S. Postal Service, the Department of Defense, the Department of Veteran's Affairs, the General Services Administration and the Connecticut Departments of Public Works and Transportation. He has performed hazardous materials surveys for the Hartford Housing Authority, MJB Corporation, Bridgeport Economic Development Corporation, and numerous other public and private sector clients.
