Neal B. Freuden

EnviroScience was organized and incorporated in 1987 by Neal B. Freuden. Mr. Freuden brings 33 years of combined experience as an environmental health and safety firm administrator and governmental official. His background as a director with a large municipal agency has provided him with the experience in managing and controlling government contracts and projects. He has worked closely with local, state and federal officials on community and environmental issues. Mr. Freuden was one of the first ten individuals to be licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Master Inspector and served on the Connecticut Department of Health Services' Task Force that designed the implementation of the lead based paint regulations adopted in September 1992. He is a nationally recognized expert on lead based paint issues related to housing and is a frequent guest lecturer on the subject.
