Since Jeff Heidtman became president of Fuss & O’Neill in 1997, he has provided leadership for the overall direction of the firm, assured that sufficient resources are available to serve clients and put proper procedures in place to produce high-quality results for those clients. He also periodically consults with clients on their environmental management systems and the management and strategic approach to large, complex projects. On selected projects with a complex hydrogeologic or remediation component, he provides a senior review function. Jeff has been an owner and member of Fuss & O’Neill’s senior management team for 20 years, a period of significant growth in staff, services and geographical area. He joined the firm in 1975 after working for the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection.
