With more than 25 years in the field, Jim Parry has a diverse background in various facets of civil engineering and land use planning, including site, transportation, structural, hydrologic, dam and utility engineering. He has directed a wide variety of civil engineering projects, from dam rehabilitation and Intelligent Transportation Systems to athletic facilities. Jim is expert at developing strategic approaches to large, complex projects and routinely provides a senior review function. He was general manager of another Connecticut firm prior to joining Fuss & O’Neill nearly ten years ago.
