Andy has 20 years’ experience in all aspects of environmental site assessments and hydrogeologic studies. His work ranges from preliminary due-diligence site assessments to major remedial investigations and feasibility studies conducted under RCRA and CERCLA programs. He is especially familiar with Connecticut’s programs and regulations, plus he has managed remedial investigations at many sites throughout New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
