Leadership
At Fuss & O’Neill, the most important leader is the Project Manager who ensures that the team achieves the client’s objectives. In this role, one of our staff becomes the ‘boss’ and is able to draw from all the resources of the company, from the CEO down. As important, our executives respond because they recognize the impact of their involvement for the client and for the project.
Our executives across offices and Business Units work together in the same way. On any project, Project Directors can call on the heads of other groups to contribute know-how, experience and staff. This matrix of cross-disciplinary teamwork ensures that Projects go smoothly and clients receive exceptional service.
What's more, we broaden our ranks of owners by promoting from within, so our Project Directors have a vested interest in the company’s success. This strategy increases the incentive for project success.
Fuss & O’Neill’s management team has more than resources to offer. Our partners alone have accumulated centuries of experience in environmental, engineering and related Disciplines. They have worked in the public and private sectors. And many of them have proven their commitment to Fuss & O’Neill – and our clients – for more than 30 years.
