William Guenther, MS

William Guenther, MS has been promoted to Project Manager.  Bill has been with the firm since 2015 and primarily works out of the company’s Providence office and is an important member of the Central Region’s Natural Resources Department. Bill is a graduate of SUNY College at Brockport, earning both a BS in Environmental Science and an MS is Biology. His principal areas of expertise include watershed and stormwater management, municipal stormwater regulatory compliance, climate resiliency, water quality monitoring and evaluation, , structural and non-structural stormwater best management practices selection, and harmful algal bloom monitoring. He is currently managing projects focused on MS4 regulatory compliance and climate resiliency for municipalities in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.

 

Andrea Judge, PE

Andrea Judge, PE has been promoted to Project Manager.  Andrea has been with the firm since 2015 and primarily works out of the company’s Providence office and is an important member of the Central Region’s Water Resources Department. Andrea’s focus is on dam assessment, design, permitting, and construction of repairs and improvements to private-, municipal-, and state-owned dams, as well as on geotechnical engineering and foundation design for buildings and bridges. Andrea earned a bachelor’s of engineering degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec. She is a registered professional engineer in the state of Massachusetts.

 

Kathleen Pane

Kathleen C. Pane was recently named a firm associate. Kathleen joined the firm in 2011 and leads the firm’s Hazardous Building Materials Consulting Department. A graduate of Connecticut College with a BS in Environmental Studies, Kathleen is licensed in Connecticut for all lead and asbestos disciplines. She has extensive experience conducting, overseeing, coordinating, and reviewing the technical quality of various environmental investigations and assessments. Her work includes managing hazardous material inspections; creating abatement and remedial designs involving asbestos, lead-based paint, PCBs, indoor air quality, industrial hygiene; and Phase I, II, and III environmental site assessments. The scope of her experience includes demolition, renovation, and redevelopment projects for a wide range of governmental and commercial clients.

 

Joshua Robinson

Joshua Robinson has been promoted to Environmental Scientist III.  Josh has been with the firm for two years and primarily works out of the company’s Providence office and is an important member of the Central Region’s Site Evaluation and Restoration Department. Josh routinely conducts field investigations for the assessment of contaminated properties, including EPA Brownfields sites. He has expertise in stormwater monitoring, geotechnical soil evaluations, site inspections, and construction inspection and administration.

 

Caleb Scheetz, LEP

Caleb Scheetz, LEP has been named a firm associate. Caleb has been with the firm for 15 years and is also a Regional Office Manager out of the firm’s Trumbull office. A leader in the Industry and Utilities Business Line, Caleb leads the firm’s business endeavors in the southern Connecticut region, focusing on site development, hazardous building materials, compliance, remediation, and bridge/structural projects. Caleb has both a BS and MS in geology from the University of Wyoming and Virginia Tech, respectively. His background is focused on the assessment and remediation of commercial properties, brownfield sites, and contaminated industrial facilities. His site remediation experience includes the design, implementation, and oversight of contaminated soil excavations, soil vapor extraction systems, and engineered control installations. Caleb also has experience with uncontaminated sites, including long-term mining impact assessments on surface water, groundwater, and wetlands.

 

Carlos Texidor

Carlos Texidor has been named a firm associate.  Carlos joined the firm in 2011, and is also a Business Line Manager in the Environment Business Line. Carlos is valued by his clients because of his exceptional client service. He treats every client’s challenge like his own. His level of personal care has led to long-term clients and the development of new relationships. Carlos has completed a wide range of projects involving hazardous building materials, hazardous soil, and indoor air quality for private, commercial, municipal, residential, government and educational clients. His experience includes hazardous material inspections, management planning, remediation planning, cost management, risk assessment, specification design, and pre- and post-abatement services. He is a certified Asbestos Consultant – Project Monitor, Inspector, Project Designer, Inspector Manager; Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor; Lead Planner/Project Designer; Asbestos Designer; and Asbestos Management Planner.
