Engineer Bouvier takes F&O stake

Manchester civil-environmental engineer Fuss & O’Neill Inc. says one of its engineering executives acquired an ownership stake in one of its units.

Fuss & O’Neill CEO Peter Grose said Monday that veteran engineer Larry Bouvier, who joined F&O in 2011, is the newest of four co-owners of Fuss & O’Neill Manufacturing Solutions LLC. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Bouvier’s goal, Grose said, is to over the next decade develop Fuss & O’Neill Manufacturing Solutions into a premier national maintenance consulting and training firm.

A week ago, F & O announced its acquisition of Manchester, N.H.-based CLD Consulting Engineers, giving the Connecticut firm a foothold in all six New England states.

CLD adds expertise in highway and bridge design, traffic and transportation services, municipal engineering and private development to Fuss & O’Neill’s experience in land development, traffic/transportation, water resources, environmental services and facilities engineering, the company said.
