Environmental Due Diligence
The environmental assessment process identifies whether oil or hazardous materials have been released
on a site, where the releases occurred, as well as the cost and magnitude of remediation to bring the site
into regulatory compliance. Potential release areas are identified in Phase I. We sample to quantify releases in Phase II. Feasibility evaluations are provided in Phase III. We prepare feasibility studies, remediation cost estimates, and remedial action plans across New England to comply with state-specific regulatory requirements.

Facility Condition Assessment
