Cathy’s dad was a classic handyman – he did everything around the house from roofing to plumbing – and Cathy was right there with him, trying to do everything he did. So it isn’t surprising that her first job was in property management that led to responsibilities in real estate development, architecture, construction, and ultimately to Fuss & O’Neill.

Cathy loves the excitement of working with a myriad of disciplines that are inherent at Fuss & O’Neill. She thrives on the challenge of identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow the existing client base in her role as Associate and Director of Business Development of Fuss & O’Neill EnviroScience, LLC. Her target market includes Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and South Carolina.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Cathy has been very successful in forging relationships with prospective clients, as well as other business associates and colleagues. Her reputation for integrity and honesty, as well as her down-to-earth manner, has been instrumental in her success. Cathy’s personal accomplishments include two-time past president of the Connecticut Society for Marketing Professionals, as well as currently serving on the Board and being an ACE Mentor.
