Fuss & O'Neill, Inc. of Providence has been awarded a Master Price Agreement(MPA) by the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management. This marks the 12th year that Fuss& O’Neill has been given this distinction. The MPA allows state agencies and municipalities to contract with F&O directly to fulfill their environmental management needs. By taking advantage of this procedure, towns, cities and other agencies can save valuable time and money. The due diligence is done by RIDEM!
Entities that have used F&O under this approach include: the Departments of Environmental Management, Administration and Mental Health, Retardation and Hospitals; the towns of Little Compton, East Greenwich, West Warwick and Smithfield; and the City of Woonsocket.
Services available include environmental assessment and review, environmental remediation and review, petroleum assessment and remediation, Brownfields, land assessment and closure, site assessments and property transfers. F&O continues to offer some of the lowest costs from approved consultants.
