Utility Infrastructure
Fuss & O’Neill offers comprehensive engineering assessment and design services from evaluation, planning, and design through construction management for a wide-array of facility utility services including electrical power, telecommunications, chilled water, compressed air, fuel, steam and specialty gases. Our services include storage and distribution for both buried and abovegrade installations. In addition, our highly experienced staff provides engineering services for underground and aboveground petroleum storage and fleet fueling facilities as well as industrial liquid storage and distribution. Our services include local, state and industry code compliance, engineering evaluations (feasibility and cost analyses), design, environmental compliance support including compliance with stormwater management; spill prevention, control and countermeasure (i.e., Oil Control Act); and tank integrity testing and inspections as required under the Oil Control Act as well as the Massachusetts 3rd Party UST Inspector Program.
