Medical (We offer generous medical care insurance at all locations):
- A PPO and HSA (Health Savings Account) are available to all full-time employees.
Dental:
- PPO is available to all full-time employees in all locations
Short-Term Disability / Unum Insurance
- Available to all full-time employees
- Premiums paid for by Fuss & O'Neill, Inc.
- 60% of pay after a waiting period of 1 day for accident; 7 days for illness
- Continues paying for up to 120 days
Long-Term Disability / Unum Insurance
- Avilable to all full-time employees
- Premiums paid for by Fuss & O'Neill, Inc.
- 60% of pay after 120 days, eligible until age 65
- Employee has the option to buy-up additional coverage to 75% of salary
Life Insurance / Unum
- Available to all full-time employees
- One times annual salary paid for by Fuss & O'Neill, Inc.
- Employee has the option to buy additional life insurance coverage at group rates
Dependent Life Insurance / Unum
- Available to all full-time employees
- Employee may buy life insurance for spouse and/or children at group rates
Long-Term Care Insurance / Unum
- Available to all full-time employees
- Employee has the option to buy coverage for long term care at group rates for employee and/or family
Flexible Spending Accounts
- Available to all full-time employees
- Employee may put money aside tax-free to pay for dependent care or unreimbursed medical costs
401k Plan
- Available to all employees
- Employees working 1,000 hours or more in a calendar year are eligible for a profit sharing award
Tuition Reimbursement
- All full-time employees are eligible for 100% tuition reimbursement for job-related courses or a job-related degree up to $5,000 per calendar year
Professional Associations
- Membership in one professional association will be paid for by Fuss & O'Neill.
