Leadership
Our clients benefit from the leadership of Fuss & O’Neill’s executive team. Senior management is active in every project, taking a hands-on approach to ensure that every client receives the most appropriate services for a timely, successful completion of each job.
At Fuss & O’Neill, the most important leader is the Project Manager who ensures that the technical team will achieve the client’s objectives. This crucial position is assigned to experienced staff, who as the ‘boss’, are able to draw from all levels of company resources, from the CEO to design engineers to support staff. Our senior management promotes the philosophy that every Fuss & O'Neill employee needs to be responsive to our clients, whether in a project lead or support role. Senior management is active in many projects, taking a hands-on approach to ensure that every client receives the most appropriate services for a successful completion of the job.
This approach and commitment is implemented by our executives, who actively work together across our offices and Business Units to make sure the project is completed in a successful manner. On any project, Project Directors may call upon the heads of other groups to contribute know-how, experience and staff. This matrix of cross-disciplinary teamwork facilitates exceptional technical coordination and superior results.
What's more, Fuss & O'Neill works to establish the next generation of Leadership by mentoring and promoting from within our own ranks. This is just one of several steps we pursue to encourage our Project Directors to maintain a vested interest in the company’s – and the client's -success.
