David Foss, C.P.G. - Professional Biography
Mr. David JP Foss, CPG, LSP manages Fuss & O’Neill’s Brownfield and Urban Redevelopment team in our Boston, Massachusetts office. His group is a multidisciplinary team of experts in environmental assessment and remediation, sustainable site design, transportation, buildings and structures, due diligence, low impact development, and regulatory compliance permitting. Mr. Foss has degrees in Geology from Colgate University and Geology & Geophysics from the University of Hawaii and over 16 years of experience as a consultant. His primary areas of expertise are hydrogeology, site development, environmental compliance, property transaction due diligence, contaminant assessment and remediation, petroleum facility management, and natural resources management. Mr. Foss is a recognized regional expert in brownfield program management, urban redevelopment and water resource assessment and management.
