Mr. Lloyd is Vice President and leader of the Water and Wastewater business unit. Throughout his career spanning more than 30 years, Mr. Lloyd brings experience in wastewater systems engineering, serving municipalities, state agencies and private clients. He has been Project Director, Project Manager and Project Engineer for numerous wastewater planning, design and construction projects.
