Our highly trained staff provides engineering assessment and design services including classical Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP); fire protection; indoor air quality; energy management and conservation; alternative energy; industrial plant services; industrial waste management; process & electrical safety; control systems integration; manufacturing support; and utility infrastructure.
Our technical design staff is routinely applying sustainable design principles and many are accredited in “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design” (LEED). We apply these principles to the mechanical, electrical, process and energy management systems of a design in order to optimize the “value-added” opportunities for projects. When combined with our Design Build solution, down time is minimized and the return-on-investment is increased.

Mr. St. Germain is Vice President and
general manager of our West Springfield,
MA office and also leads our corporate
Facilities Engineering business unit.
Throughout his career, he has
completed a wide range of engineering
projects, working with multiple technical
disciplines. These projects have included
facilities engineering, industrial
wastewater treatment, site assessment
and remediation, solid waste and
environmental permitting and compliance.
His principal strength has been managing
large and complex multi-disciplinary
engineering and construction projects.
