Mr. St. Germain is Vice President and
general manager of our West Springfield,
MA office and also leads our corporate
Facilities Engineering business unit.
Throughout his career, he has
completed a wide range of engineering
projects, working with multiple technical
disciplines. These projects have included
facilities engineering, industrial
wastewater treatment, site assessment
and remediation, solid waste and
environmental permitting and compliance.
His principal strength has been managing
large and complex multi-disciplinary
engineering and construction projects.
