Mr. Schwendy is Vice President of our Development Services business unit and is also a member of our Sustainability Coordination Committee. Throughout his career, he has completed a wide range of civil and environmental engineering projects, working with a wide range of technical disciplines. His diverse background includes Urban Design, Land Use Planning, Transportation Engineering, Structural Engineering, Hydrologic Engineering, Utility Engineering, Facility Design, Forensic Engineering, Engineering Economics, Roadway and Pavement Design, Community Planning, Feasibility Studies, Campus Master Planning, and Construction Management.
