Andrew R. Zlotnick, LEP, LEED AP, is a Senior Vice President with Fuss & O’Neill and is the managing partner of the Trumbull, CT office. Mr. Zlotnick is also the director of the Assessment & Remediation business unit for the firm. He has over 25 years of experience managing complex environmental investigations and remediation projects at numerous industrial and commercial facilities throughout the northeast. He has his BS degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and a MS degree from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Mr. Zlotnick’s environmental consulting experience includes expertise in ASTM style Phase I, II, and III environmental site assessments, RCRA and Superfund investigations, underground storage tank closures, numerical groundwater modeling, and remedial design and implementation. Mr. Zlotnick has also managed several urban redevelopment projects for several municipalities, quasi public agencies, and private developers. Mr. Zlotnick also provides technical support for insurance companies, numerous law firms and has extensive experience with sites impacted by a variety of constituents of concern including chlorinated volatile organic compounds, semi-volatile organic compounds, PCBs, and heavy metals. In his career, Mr. Zlotnick has also conducted environmental consulting projects for a variety of clients including the aerospace and industrial facility owners, pubic utility companies, commercial property owners, municipalities, lending institutions, construction companies, and architects.
